My favorite is "inappropriate use of power tools"... What is she going to do with those power tools?

This book pulled me in from the start. The MMC Leroi finds the FMC Seraphine chained up in the basement while doing a hit. You want to know what happened to Seraphine and how she will cope with everything. Seraphine is wild and unhinged, her actions make you pause. She is out to make them pay for what they have done to her. Leroi the MMC is patient and understanding of the FMC. He doesn't try to change her but gives her the tools to restrain her kills and keep her out of jail. This book is full of spice and over-the-top chemistry. There is plenty of praise and deviously sexy rewards.

P.S. If you like dark romance with blood and an unhinged FMC this is the book for you. It is pretty graphic... that power tools scene still makes me cringe and I'm not a guy.
