Book Summary:
Nexus Aerixon has to hide. Not only from the City she calls home, but from herself. She hides because the City is out to get anyone like her. Anyone who can do what she does. My Thoughts:
This is a dystopian/Fantasy story.
Nexus the MFC lives in a world where if you are different you will be ended. Nexus learns along the way to embrace who she is. The story has great world-building, loveable characters, and hatable characters. It's filled with lots of twists and turns that keep you reading. Oh, and it has a dragon! Nexus brings it to life. She is so cool... Lorr the MMC pops in a few times but he isn't the main topic in the storyline. I'm hoping since this story ended on a cliffhanger we will learn more about Lorr in book 2 Slit Throat Saga 2 and build on the budding romance. I loved it and can't wait to see what happens.
