My Thoughts:

 

This was a fabulous love story. I loved the storyline, characters, and all the emotions that played out. Allie the MFC is a professional ballerina who gets injured and returns home to recover. She has a love-hate relationship with her career. There are a lot of expectations and she is just making her way through the day one day at a time. Then there is Hudson the MMC. He is a Coast Guard rescue swimmer. Every time he gets into the water he is risking everything. But he already lost everything 11 years ago when Allie left town. Hudson is there to bring Allie back to herself and help her learn to love again. Even if he has to let her go again, this story makes you feel you know the characters and root for them to work it out.

I listened to this on audio and highly recommend the narrators Teddy Hamilton and Carly Robins. They did a fantastic job.

My Thoughts:

 

This was a fabulous book with plenty of entertainment. I loved Bernie's (the MMC) I can do anything attitude. As well as his don't mess with my girl or you die vibe. There was a lot of past trauma that Bernie was dealing with throughout the storyline. Oh and did I mention Bernie adopted a cat from the shelter where Kat the MFC volunteers. But not just any run-of-the-mill cat... no a sphynx! He takes it everywhere with him. So cute!

Kat the FMC was the perfect plus sized take no sass cutie. She put up with Bernie but wasn't willing to take any of his BS while still being herself. You can't help but fall in love then both of them.

This was a super quick read that drew you into the story. Evie the MFC is a liar and a thief, but there is more to her than she knows. Find out more about the demon inside of her in "A Heart of Ruby Flame" book 1 in the Fated to the Night series.

Elliott Rose has done it again with this fabulous age-gap cowboy romance. Sky and Lucus... AKA Mr. Rhodes is everything you could want in a Crimson Ridge story. The older cowboy who knows how to use the gifts god gave him and a cute spunky pink-haired charmer who knows how to go after what she wants. If that's your thing go grab it and spend a hot night with these two. They won't disappoint!
